Veggie Soup <3

Made the best veggie soup tonight. One thing i hate about most vegetable soups is the stock because its so salty. My soup was stock-free and still so delicious!

It had carrot, pumpkin, capsicum, onion, garlic, a teaspoon of red curry paste, some chilli flakes and mixed herbs :) plus about 2 cups of water.
